This location is mid.

There is no place for the mobile orders, so you still have to go to the counter and wait to talk to the cashier and get looks from the other customers as if you are cutting the line.

The cookies were WELL done. 0/5 did not enjoy. I know it's not a cookie store, but other locations' cookies are sublime and one of the reasons I go here over Jimmy John's.

The location itself is hard to get...

The service was second to none. The team were all fantastic people nice and polite. I love this sub shop I recommend it to all my people and everyone else loves it too. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

My first time ever stopping in because I wanted to try something new, and we don’t have a jersey mikes in the town i live in. I walked in and smiled at them and said hi, no response. I wasn’t welcomed when i first entered..not even a smile.. and they were already very short and snippy. I wanted an italian sub, but i wanted the ham off of it and the young girl had told me that there was barely gonna be any meat on it with just the salami and pepperoni, so i asked for double...
