The server was new (I guess) and he forgot to bring the salads, couldn’t answer the questions about the menu. Our lobster 🦞 was undercooked & my baked potato was burnt. We won’t be going back!
Was the worst meal that we have ever had at a red lobster. Prices went up and portions went down. The food was lukewarm and the Mac and cheese was ice cold. The cheese biscuits was way over cooked. Won’t be going back. Use to go quit a bit
nice BUT the check out at the table unit was not a personal experience with the waitress, just a scan and go.... a "would you like a desert or to go box" would have been nice. tip would have been more.

The service is outstanding and the staff is friendly. The meals are delicious and come out quickly. The place is clean and spacious with plenty of parking. It is a very busy and kid-friendly place with a menu for kids and has no steps for wheelchair accessibility. Despite prices that can be a bit high, the food itself is excellent, making it a good choice for a meal out.
