“Highly recommend New Straitsville Moonshine Co. The atmosphere is very relaxing . We hosted our annual Christmas party at the NS Moonshine Co this past weekend and it was perfect with plenty of room for everyone. Rich Stephanie and Tonya made us feel so welcome the entire night helping us with anything we needed and was very quick with serving such a big crowd. We definitely look forward to spending many more weekends at the New Straitsville Moonshine Co.

Parking: Street parking in front of the NS Moonshine Co and there is also parking across the street and beside the building”

“Such a delicious restaurant! The food is very affordable and large proportions! My favorite dessert is the Banana Split Pie. My go to meal is the open face roast beef, but the cobb salad is fantastic too! The staff is so sweet and special. If you have little ones, they make over your little ones and make them feel so special! My family really enjoys Tammy’s and we think you will to!”

Clean, friendly place that is there to serve you. The ol ladies favorite was the delicious coney and "Carmel milkshake." Located on the old St.Rt.33 (Canal Street) next to the car wash and Domino's. Parking available, handicap accessible.

“Funky little cafe in the heart of Nelsonville, I had an iced chai latte and it was pretty good. The cookies I got were a little hard maybe they were just a little stale. Good atmosphere in a historic location.”

“My friend and I came up from Cleveland to hike and ended up here. The owner ( Patrick ) was great and the food was great. Everything was reasonably priced. At one point some man was throwing around some profanities that effected the lbgtq community and Patrick shut it down and gave him a warning or he would have to leave. Everyone and all is safe at the bar and we loved it !”

“Nasty food and they have birds flying in and out of the upstairs behind the building can't believe the health department don't shut them down. Nothing like getting your mail and watching birds fly in and out of a place that cooks your food.”

“Stopped by this Spot on the way through town . Seemed rustic with a old town feel . It was a little late in the morning so the selection wasnt as much as probably could be . The Woman working the counter was the owner and was very pleasant to talk to . The donuts where excellent , all 3 of took 2 each and we were not dissapopinted . If you ever passsing through , stop and grab some .”

The food is always delicious good quantity we always have extra for midnight snack? The friendliness is very old-school treat people the way you want to be treated. “We arrived during lunch time. The staff was friendly and the food arrived quickly. The food was great! They start you out with chips and what tasted like homemade salsa. The entrees arrived hot and as ordered. I recommend this place for lunch and dinner. Service is fast if on a lunch break. I have been here a few times and always leave full and happy.”

“If you love a golf course, you will love eating here. The view is fantastic. If you are a golfer, I hear the course is a good one.
Food is great. Well prepared and has a great taste concerning anything ordered . Depending on what you drink (I am a top shelf girl when it comes to my Long Islands), it's a little pricey, but well worth the money.
There was plenty of parking and easily accessed for the handicapped. And by the way, if you like eating outside, you can do that. However, with the Ohio weather, you may want a sweater or jacket.
I would advise "calling in advance for a reservation."

PS: I had to give service a 4 because servers were so busy and we did wait a tad.
But once they got to us, it was better. We usually go in a group and have been there several times.”

“The people working here were enthusiastic and represented Subway well. The food was its usual, reliably good, but not exciting stuff. The atmosphere was... Subway - clean, functional, true to brand, conformal Subway. As is the case with most national brands, they are so brand constrained that there is little or no opportunity for the stop to become an experience, short of the franchise owner being personally involved... and we all know that's NOT why somebody buys a Subway franchise.”
