We were going to go to the ice cream festival at the old mill in Utica after a day of fun and adventure. There was only half an hour left but they still wanted $10 to park so we said that wasn't worth it for just getting a cone. We ended up at this DQ and I had my first turtle pecan blizzard. It was really good and parking was free. I highly recommend free parking for ice cream. I like German chocolate blizzards more but not too many DQs remember what's in them.

Careful going in and out of the dining room on the drive thru pay and pick up side cause you are right in the driving lane.
I like this place a lot but the manager in the evening made a bad call to yell at an employee in the dining room with customers nearby. That's why there's an office.
