We moved to Hebron almost 2 years ago. We haven’t been able to find good Asian food after trying multiple places. Best hot and sour soup around! Both of our entrees and egg rolls were amazing! We got take out but can’t wait to go back and sit at the bar for a Wasabe Bloody Mary and some sushi.

All the food is good
I always just get takeout here but either way it is genuinely my favorite place to eat. Their pot stickers are actually my favorite food and I’m not sure how I will cope when I move away for college.

A lovely beautiful decoration with Peony flowers at the reception and embroidery painting on the walls.
My husband and I always come to Peony for their delicious Hot Sour Soup, Lo Mee, Fried rice (Nasi goreng), Egg rolls, everything is so good.
I think the Sushi 🍣 made by Made, Indonesian Sushi Chef from Bali always been the favourite to the clients.
We do hope to come again to see the smile of Ms. Michelle, Ms. Ellen, Ms. Laurence, Mr. Made and kitchen team.
She She..
Thank you very much

Whenever I get into town for a visit this is one of my favorite restaurants to stop at. Staff is so nice! They go out of there way for us every time.

We have been regular customers at this restaurant for quite some time, which makes it especially disappointing to see the recent changes in management and overall atmosphere. Lately, there has been a noticeable decline in how staff are treated. During multiple visits, I have observed concerning behavior from management, including a woman behind the sushi bar speaking harshly to servers, shoving past them, and pressuring them in an aggressive manner to work faster.
The servers have consistently appeared overwhelmed and frustrated, yet they continue to work hard and provide the best service they can under difficult conditions. It’s disheartening to witness, especially as longtime patrons who have appreciated the restaurant in the past.
Additionally, prices have been increasing, which is understandable to an extent, but paired with the current environment, it raises concerns about where priorities lie. I would strongly encourage management to reflect on how staff are being treated, as it directly impacts both employee well-being and the customer experience.
Out of support for the staff, I would also recommend that customers consider tipping in cash when possible.
I truly hope to see improvements, as this has been a place we’ve enjoyed and would like to continue supporting.

We’ve been coming to Peony Bistro for a long, long time and we used to love it. The last 3-4 times we’ve eaten there, it’s been a disaster. Their food is great, especially the sushi. But the customer service could use a lot of work. Last night we decided to eat there for my birthday and we waited to be seated for around 20 minutes. They sat someone that got there after us before us for some reason. Finally got seated and waited to be asked about our drink order for another 15 minutes. We put in our dinner order with our drinks because we could see that it was busy. The server came back about 15 minutes later and told us that she couldn’t read what she wrote on her order book and asked me what I ordered, I then told her that we were just going to go because I could see where this dinner was headed. She snapped her order book closed, gave me an awful dirty look and stormed away without a single word. She told us her name was Hailey. Thank you for being so kind on someone’s birthday, Hailey! We had waited an entire hour without even getting drinks! They weren’t too terribly busy- there were open tables and it seemed like they prioritized the take out orders over the people dining in. The last 3 times we’ve ordered take out it’s taken nearly 2 hours after ordering before our food was ready for pick up. It’s sad that what was once my favorite restaurant is has gone downhill like this.

Restaurantji Recommends
Got takeout Friday evening
Food came out on time and was hot
Pad thai pretty tasteless
Egg rolls were decent
Place was packed and pretty chaotic
Staying at hotel next door but I probably wouldn’t order from here again.

The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! Didn't catch the name of our waitress, but she had brown curly hair. She was awesome. Next time we're down this way we're definitely coming back.

We love Peony Bistro! We order for pick up, eat in house, and have had door dash delivery. We always have great fresh food, the workers are extremely kind and helpful, and I love the prices for the really fresh sushi. I would order more if I lived closer, my bank account is appreciative of that. Thank you for good sushi!

I LOVE this restaurant!!! By far best sushi anywhere near town. The staff are amazing, the owner is amazing. The Asian food is so good! If you go you have to get the jalapeño poppers.

Went in to eat. Waited 20 minutes. No one greeted us or gave us menus. We left without eating. Ended up going to tequillaville for a great meal!
