Staff were friendly but very overwhelmed with the Saturday evening rush which lead to longer than quoted wait times. Pizza was good when it was finally ready. Staff were working hard, just maybe need a slightly better time prediction for customers to keep the waiting area from getting so backed up.
The food is always good and the people who work there are always nice. My problem is with the delivery being done by DOORDASH. You get updates about the delivery time and I know for a fact that it does not take 30 minutes to get to my house from this Pizza Hut. I don't know if it was because I don't add a tip when checking out (I like to give cash tips) that makes them take there sweet time or what. I will still get pizza from here but only for take out.
This Pizza Hut is take-out only. The Pizza Hut Pizza is delicious, but Hut Rewards are a total joke. I don't know why you still try to market the idea of Hut Rewards when you can't even log on the site before ordering food. I have purchased numerous pizzas , but I can not get the credit for them on my Hut Rewards membership account. I have tried several times to regain my points and the restaurant says I have to go thru corporate headquarters for these matters. I...
