As someone who’s a daily ordered from this location, I have always been impressed with my drinks! They have gotten my order down to a T and perfect it every time. The customer service is phenomenal, but there’s one worker that always goes above and beyond by the name of Tabitha. She has always been an absolute joy when coming in and even leaves me words of encouragement on my cups. I will continue to be a regular!
I’m not sure if this location has issues with staffing or not but they have gotten significantly slower each time I order. Oftentimes there is a line at the counter waiting to order for an extended period of time, typically without even being acknowledged by any of the workers. Most recently I placed an order that said it would be ready in 10 minutes and it took closer to 30. I work not too far from this Kroger location and will often stop in for some coffee and egg bites before work in the mornings. There's a ton of seating and so I'm able to sip coffee, have a bite, and read for a couple of hours before I have to go to work.The staff at this location (at least in the mornings, I'm never there in the afternoons) are absolutely wonderful.
