Food was fresh and my order was correct. Everything took a really long time though. The employees were doing their best, so I'm going to guess there's not enough staff. Don't go there if you're in a hurry. 😊
We tried going to the Wendy's on Dayton road. The dining room was locked at 8:30 am. We went to the drive through and watched four vehicles leave the line because the service is horrible. If that Wendy's can't do any better than that they might as well close. We ended going to the Wendy's in Heath and the service there was great.
Listen they might be under staffed but the staff they do have especially Mrs.Heather who is the manager on shift at night and her crew are the best . They always try to have a positive attitude no matter there situation. They are one of the busiest locations and one of the last stops on 16 for a long while like Im talking your gonna have to drive all the way out of your way to find food after this location. so yes sometimes they run out of things and sometimes orders might get...
