We went to Mangia's a few weeks ago for the first time. Chicken is very small. Three chicken dishes ordered, all not even decent size for the cost. Other reviews say the same. Alfredo sauce was not very creamy. Pizza was very good. Great service.
We went on a Saturday early evening. Got seated within 15 minutes, so that was nice. Decor is definitely dated, but maybe that's part of its charm? Menu/prices seemed reasonable for an Italian place. Now the reasons for the 3 stars and less. Server completely forgot about our salads. We had to ask for them to be brought out. So now of course they came out with our main entrees. Strike one. Had my baby shower hosted at Mangia Mangia . I’ve come here for years as a kid , always knew the food was amazing . But let me tell you, was blown away by how helpful and friendly the staff were. They were on top of everything the entire time. You all made us feel so taken care of and welcome . Thank you Mangia team for making the day so special .
