New owners Kelsey & Kara are hosting amazing events. Kelsey who was the main chef awhile ago is back at the helm. We were there for a Sunday Funday great breakfast pizza & foccia bread & so many more options. Day drinking with lovely wines, Mimosa & Bloody Mary flights. Stop by soon on other days of the week!

My wife and I have always enjoyed our visits to Sharon James. They have a great outdoor area, the inside is nice, and the wine and food have always been good (especially the carne pizza).

I love this place! It’s always my family and I’s go-to for dinner and a bottle of wine. Staff is great, super friendly. Food is amazing!! The bruschetta or their pizzas are my go to.
What’s charming about this place is that it is family owned and you see all of them working. They take pride in what they’re doing and genuinely care about their costumers.
Highly recommend !

Decided to take a pleasant drive to watch the Browns play in a relaxed setting and check out the winery of which I heard great things. My visit did not disappoint me! In fact, it kept me wanting to come back for more. It was an funtastic choice with an exceptional staff-the owners were so welcoming & staff so friendly in a lovely atmosphere.I watched the game at the quaint bar, yet the winery has several different social setting seating areas, including a large outdoor patio. My palette was pleased with the tasty wine flight and delicious cheese plate. A perfect atmosphere for a Browns victory! I look forward to visiting again with friends and or family.

I joined friends on a Friday night and I couldn’t of had a better time. The atmosphere is amazing. The patio made you feel like you were somewhere in wine country on the west coast. huge umbrellas, tiki torches when it got dark, live music and amazing food. I encourage everyone to visit .

This place was amazing. We got there right on time for our reservation, but our head count was higher than we were expecting. They worked with us to setup outside and then, when our group got even bigger, they moved us a second time. The atmosphere was great, the staff was amazing, and their new chef, Scott, went to every table and let them know who he was and wanted to know what everyone liked and didn't like to help improve the menu. Definitively would recommend this place!

One of the best patios in Geauga County! The wine is great, the entertainment is fun, and the food is delicious! Always love going here and have a great time! I LOVE doing Yoga in the vineyard on Wednesday, too!

Please do not go here if you have children. It is NOT a family friendly establishment. The GM aggressively asked (so the whole patio could hear) that a child in our party stop tapping on the heater. 30 seconds later he came back clearly angry that the child was near the Hostas and was combatively arguing with my wife and friend. His demeanor and approach was very unprofessional. I then proceeded to go inside and get the check so we could leave. The waitresses were saying they were so very sorry which I responded thank you and it was ridiculous. The GM then overheard me behind the bar and shouts "What is ridiculous!?!". I then responded that they are only children. Then the other GM approaches me and justifies their actions by saying this is a classy establishment. She says this as the Co-GM is yelling at me from behind the bar in his cut off t-shirt. This was quite honestly the worst customer service dining experience I have ever had and upsetting for our family and friends. I do want to thank the waitresses and chef that came up to us an apologized for the actions of the GM. The food was also good and the grounds were very nice (I just wish families were welcome to enjoy it more).

Went here based on a locals recommendation, food was decent enough, although the server we had might want to consider a different profession. Her rude attitude was a super turn off. SERIOUSLY!

Let me start out by saying that Sharon James Winery has really been a great place to go early in the evening for wine and food. The prices are very reasonable and the wines are delicious. Last winter, my lady friend and I enjoyed some of the best food Geauga County has to offer. It is a special place, and the atmosphere is totally amazing! Coming from the East Coast, I know good fresh seafood, and Sharon James did not disappoint. I had a shrimp diavolo dish with linguini on that was simply divine! The shrimp just melted in my mouth. The flavor was outstanding! We have visited a few times since then and always had great food and good service. However, I am afraid to report that on our last visit, things had slipped. The summer specials board had significantly less pasta dishes on it. There was a real lack of variety in the pasta selection. I did order the pasta and meatballs on the board, but no linguini, just cavatelli. It was good, however, but couldn't hold a candle to the Shrimp Diavolo. Secondly, service had severely slipped. It took us about 15 minutes to place our order, and the wait time was close to 35 minutes. We were tired and also hungry. When we tried to get the attention of our server to refill our wine glasses, she could not be found? I do know that the business was handling a larger engagement outside in their patio area, but I felt a complete inadequate response from the service in the restaurant. The food was tasty and good. When the time came to order dessert, the server took our order, and it took another 20 minutes before I had to get up from my table to intercept a server to see about our dessert order?? They served the dessert, and all efforts were made to pay the bill at this time, as my friend and I wanted to leave for the evening. My big takeaway... Sharon James needs to bring back the spectacular menu they had on pasta nights, and they need to adequately prepare to increase staff during special events. Sadly, at this point, I can not recommend this place.

Concerned Customer

my family has 2 service dogs that both wear vests that clearly identify them as service dogs. we were originally seated in a pleasant area outside in the shade. less than 5 minutes later a manager of some sort came running over and yelled at us that “pets aren’t allowed”. we showed her that they are active working service dogs and she ignored that. she then told us that we had to move to a table in the last row all the way in the back or otherwise we would have to leave. we complied. the food was excellent but we will never be returning to this establishment that discriminates against people with disabilities.

Waited 15 minutes for a server, which I know is not bad, but people being seated after us were being waited on right away.
Didn’t sit well with us, so we left.
Not impressed.
