I am not a fan of this place. Takes too long to receive meal. It never tastes fully cooked and the people at drive thru always seem to be having fun instead of delivering a good experience to customers. Other coworkers have also complained of the poor service they deliver here.

Food is good but they ALWAYS forget my cinnamon twists. The last time I went I even got 2 orders of cinnamon twists thinking there's no ways they could forget BOTH orders, but sure enough they did. I've never had any other issue with them, just not sure why they can never remember to include the cinnamon twists.
The absolute, filthiest fast food restaurant I have ever been in! And that is saying alot considering all fast food restaurants in Tuscarawas County look bad these days. Most of the food was old tasting, improperly made and cold. I counted 6 employees and I couldn't even believe how dirty this place was!!!! Not to mention there was under 8 customers during the visit, and NOT ONE OF THEM came out to make an attempt to clean the place. The windows were so dirty it looked like they had been "soaped" out like business use to due when they had closed for good. The kiosk, so dirty I'm surprised it even worked,floors could have fed mice for a year it had so much dried, old food on it. Save yourself a trip, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Drive thru. Could not hear anything thru speaker. Sounded like someone was whispering. The bfast menu was not up. When I mentioned it could not hear reply. Pulled up menu on my phone and ordered. Received food. Bfast burrito was smaller than a soft taco and had very very little on inside mostly wrap. And crunchwrap picture attached. Almost nothing in it. Was very disappointed. Usually like taco bell bfast but not from this location.
