Easily the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. We’ve been here multiple times and always have to wait 20min to an hour for food if we come in the evening and sit to eat. They should really hire more people. Especially for a Friday night! 2-3 people working is not enough. Every table is always dirty. These people can’t keep up. Our food at dinner time is also always messed in some way or another.
Fast and friendly folks
Every table being dirty in a completely empty restaurant seems a bit odd. The gentleman working the counter may have having a bad day but the rudeness wasn’t really necessary. The food was fine and it was first squarely folded crunch wrap. 2/5, I’d just hit the drive thru.

Taco Bell is known for its good food, but they sometimes forget to include ordered items like cinnamon twists. Despite this, one location in Ohio stands out for its fantastic service, especially on 08/17/2023, with fast, attentive, and polite staff. The grilled cheese burrito with chicken comes highly recommended. However, a rude male cashier at another location left a negative impression, although the food quality and care in preparation were still excellent.
