About Wendy's

Wendy's offers tasty food and good service, with a focus on accommodating gluten allergies. The restaurant is clean, fast, and efficient, but some customers have experienced issues with mobile app orders. The Taco Salad is a popular menu item, but some staff may need retraining on preparation and presentation. Recently, customers noted that the restaurant can sometimes be closed unexpectedly, despite posted hours, and drive-thru service may experience delays. Orders such as the Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie meal are generally good, though some items like fries may be slightly limp or warm rather than hot. Nuggets tend to be very hot and are served with requested sauces, and service efforts are appreciated. The restaurant features ample parking and offers vegetarian options, especially salads that can be customized without chicken or other ingredients. Overall, it remains a convenient and positive spot for frequent visitors.
