I am very disappointed with the employees. My dad slipped and fell, and not one person tried to help him up. As a matter of fact, they were laughing and snickering at him. Luckily, a friend of ours and her husband were in there, and he assisted us. They didn't even check to see if he was ok or file a report of any kind. Shame on you, Coshocton Wendy's!
Place is ok, varies depending on who's working. Afternoon and night suffer the most. They haven't been rude but it's young people who don't attempt to deliver a pleasant experience. Food looks ok when handed to me but hamburger's like other Wendy's doesn't taste like it did five to ten years ago, especially the chicken, it has more of a rubbery texture and taste but this is with all Wendy's. I only get chili which still taste good but the baked potatoes are usually dry, messy...read full review

Ordered a Taco Salad. The guy put the chili directly on the salad instead of putting the chili in the cup and said they've always done it that way. So by the time we got home and I started to eat my salad the lettuce was completely wilted. I tried to call them but no answer. I've been ordering their Taco Salad for years and never had this happen. They need retrained.
