Ordered a Taco Salad. The guy put the chili directly on the salad instead of putting the chili in the cup and said they've always done it that way. So by the time we got home and I started to eat my salad the lettuce was completely wilted. I tried to call them but no answer. I've been ordering their Taco Salad for years and never had this happen. They need retrained.

I am very disappointed with the employees. My dad slipped and fell, and not one person tried to help him up. As a matter of fact, they were laughing and snickering at him. Luckily, a friend of ours and her husband were in there, and he assisted us. They didn't even check to see if he was ok or file a report of any kind. Shame on you, Coshocton Wendy's!

The employees need to be taught to allow the coffee to COMPLETELY finish brewing before they take any. I even told the woman that it would make the coffee too strong and she kept arguing with me and making excuses. Also, that is one of the top 5 most DISGUSTING restrooms I've ever had the misfortune of having to use. I was a truck driver for 14 years. I've seen truckstop restrooms so dirty they had mushrooms growing in the corners and this restaurant restroom is almost that bad. There was even filth in the corners near the checkout counter. I don't want to even think about how filthy the kitchen must be.

It wasn’t very busy so I made the mistake of not checking my bag. I only had 3 sandwiches. How hard could it be to count to 3 anyways? Obviously it is harder than I thought they missed one (the expensive one). When I called I got the same response “ you can come back and get it”. 8 miles one way. I’m starting to think this is deliberate.

So I was at the store today at around 8:30 ish and there was a worker who I believe was supposed to be taking orders that was screaming cuss words and other such and being very loud and obnoxious. Not only that but the service was very slow and when I finally got my food it was nearly completely cold, the service was so bad I didn’t feel like waiting for a refund or new food. Not only that but I waited for 15+ minutes in my car at the Speer after they had told me to “wait a minute” when I had asked about it they had no reasons for it. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend, the store needs some serious reevaluation.Kid-friendliness: Said very many non appropriate words, I had my kids in the car and they heard words that I had to try and explain why and what they were.
