The location in Newton Falls, OH, does an amazing job and provides everything you ask for. The location at 46 and 80 is bad. I order light ice in my drink because if not though fill the whole cup full and you get hardly nothing to drink. They never give you the right amount of hot sauce when you ask for it and I recommend checking your order every time.
