Ordered burgers and they were burnt and had a nasty taste.Also.this location has had terrible service since the day they opened.

Called the store. Manager Katie was as helpful as a melted Dilly Bar.
I never had an issue at any dairy queen when ordering a half heath and half butterfinger blizzard when that's what I order including this dairy queen up until now..They wanted to charge me for an extra topping for just wanting half of each amounts of the normal amounts they put in. I decided to just leave on the purpose of the matter and drive a little further to downtown Niles where I know they will do..Actually I'll just drive the extra distance for now on
