We had a good experience at this restaurant. When things didn't go well such as the steak coming out wrong and running out of ice cream for the dessert, our server and management staff more than made up for it! We will be returning for sure

We dined in the restaurant for Father's Day. We made a reservation, which was incredibly helpful to avoid the long wait at the restaurant. Our server was attentive, suggestive, and very methodical. She was friendly and outgoing, and made the experience very positive. The food was delicious and came out in a reasonable amount of time. Portion size was perfect to be filling and have a little leftover for lunch. Very impressed and pleased with the overall experience.

We were on the patio and a delivery tractor trailer was idling for half of our dinner while delivering next door to Dave and Buster's. Suggest delivering before hours of operation at Firebirds or deliver through the back of the mall entrance.
