Sad Really. I like KFC. But there is one staff member (older woman) that is rude. Horrible. Had a mobile order, walked in and told them. Then decided I wanted to order 2 drinks (we fogot them). The woman in the back started complaining. "I asked them if they wanted anything..... they said it was a mobile order" all while in the back, but we could hear her. 1. making sure the orders are being prepared properly.
making sure when someone ask for a specific item they actually get it and are not just charged for the item
2. the kids playing around is the reason service is bad. where are the managers.
I went in ordered a a 16 piece family meal. I got home noticed it was 11/12 pieces and a really bad mix not one breast. So I try to call the store for over a half hour then get in touch with a super rude person who tells me to drive it all the way back tonight and they will replace it at my charge. So I have to drive around all over and I didn’t even get I’m sorry. I personally don’t feel comfortable returning my food here and having it replaced. I have a child with leukemia....read full review
