I really enjoy the smoothies and food here, but unfortunately the customer service has consistently been uncomfortable. Multiple times I’ve walked in and waited several minutes without being acknowledged or greeted. During my last DoorDash pickup, the employee silently stared at me instead of asking what I needed, didn’t attach the receipt to the bag, and walked away when I said thank you.
