Love their coffee! Java Jackets always has a very friendly casual atmosphere. It’s a great place to go and have coffee with friends.

Ordered 2 ham and cheese croissants, but ope they’re out of croissants. So they give it to me in what I assume were wbu thing bagels- I wasn’t asked what kind of bagel I wanted. Ordered two large drinks and the straws aren’t long enough to even reach the bottom of the cup. Order a blueberry muffin and paid for a blueberry muffin, but guess what!? NO BLUEBERRY MUFFIN IN MY BAG :( Also the two teen girls working were not friendly.

We wanted to like this place, but it just did not have what a coffee house should have for me, and first and foremost, it is hot coffee. We were served by two workers there, and when I was given my drink, it was tepid, almost cold. I have never received a coffee like this, and these are not cheap coffees. Workers did nto seem to care ; I will not return.

This place is everything I could hope for in a coffee shop! There's a great selection of pastries to go with your coffee and the coffee itself is very good. I tried 'the Cornhole' and I was very happy with it. It was a comforting drink. And the warm cherry turnover I ordered was incredibly tasty.

The service is great! The servers are friendly and efficient, and they appear genuinely happy to see and meet customers. They had my order ready for me very quickly.

The atmosphere is AWESOME. The decor and furnishings are casual and welcoming. The place is very clean without seeming 'coldly sterile.' They have enough air conditioning to be comfortable even during the horrific heat wave that's been plaguing the area in July 2025.

I WILL be coming back!

Beautiful and trendy spot with a great menu and best coffee I’ve tried in the area. Staff were very friendly and made our coffees in no time. They use a portion of their proceeds for some great charity causes of which you can see and read about in the shop. Would highly recommend to anyone passing through :)

Not only do they serve delicious coffee and bakery items, they also serve opportunities to help others. This is a small business that champions other small businesses. And they have such a delightful atmosphere and cozy couch and chairs to sit in to chat with friends. A really wonderful coffee shop that is not too loud and busy. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this place! It has become one of my favorite coffee places. The flavor choices are great, and they always make it taste fantastic. My boyfriend says they have the best apple turnovers too!!

Lovely coffee shop on the Westside of Cincinnati. The experience is always top notch, the owners are kind and generous, & the atmosphere is bright and welcoming. My family loves their iced coffee, chai lattes, and baked goods!
