The young lady working her ass off behind the counter had great customer service and was trying to do her best to get food prepared as quickly and as best as she could. Food tasted great and customer service was top notch.

First time ordering from this location and was more than impressed. I made a mistake on an order and realized it quickly so I went back in and asked to remake it. The gentleman working was more than helpful in remaking it and was extremely nice. He completely understood and had it ready within 5 minutes! Will definitely come back to this location!

We just received our delivery from our Papa Johns in North Bend/Cleves area! It was absolutely perfect. They always are spot on. We appreciate our Papa Johns. The Guy that delivered was so friendly and sweet.

I ordered my food at 5:43p.m. They said it would be delivered in an hour. At 6:55p.m., I called to check on it. The recording said it would be delivered between 7pm and 10pm. I hung up and called back.The lady said that as soon as the driver got back, he would deliver it. She offered a free 2 liter. At 7:21 p.m., I called back, and she said she would make it then that the driver just got back. I told her I had kids here who hadn't eaten since lunch and was hungry. She explained that's how they do, they make the pizza when the driver gets back, so it's fresh when the driver gets back. At 7:48p.m. when I called, she said it left the store. At 8:18 p.m., I called, and the recording said it was out for delivery. The estimated delivery time was 8:22p.m and 8:35 p.m. it arrived at 8:27p.m.
Who trains these people on their jobs? This is ridiculous!

First Time ever ordering and eating at Papa John’s Pizza in Cleves Ohio Store and I must say it was the absolute Best Pizza and Cheese Sticks I’ve ever had and the delivery time and the associate that delivered my food was absolutely amazing super friendly and extremely courteous. I’ll definitely be making Papa John’s Pizza in Cleves Ohio my go to for all my Pizzas from now on I only wished I’d given Papa John’s a chance before now and if you’ve never tried Papa John’s Pizza before I personally guarantee you and your family won’t be disappointed. It’s super fast and we was enjoying our dinner in under 15mins the pizza and breadsticks are absolutely delicious and everything was hot and smelled and looked delicious as well. Keep up the fantastic work and we’ll be seeing you all a lot more in the near future. Thanks to everyone from my family to yours. Fantastic job to everyone

Nice friendly talkative

Parking: Wide open plenty of spaces so far away from the door there's no straight up front door parking

Wheelchair accessibility: Yeah everything's nice and flat the sidewalk is sloped and made to a wheelchair can get right in no problem

Do not order from here late at night. They claim they'll deliver it then their driver Noah will steal your order.

Really bad experience at Papa John's on Three Rivers parkway in North Bend last evening. Tried to order online but got kicked off the website x 2. Called the store and asked for a member of management to let them know the online order hadn't worked but had used the "reward". Told by someone that identified themselves as a manager there was nothing that could be done. Cancelled the order due to what we felt was ineptness and ordered instead from the Lawrenceburg store. Called the corporate office in an effort to get our rewards back and spoke with a gentleman who said there was nothing he could do about the rewards, he was canceling our second order and we 'had to pick up our original order'. Told him we were not going to the original store because they were not problem solvers. Ask for someone to contact us from the corporate office on the following business day and was told that was not going to happen. Drove 10 miles out of our way to get dinner from Lawrenceburg store. Will no longer solicit this business- poor management from bottom to top.

I always try to take care of the staff who makes my food here by tipping that 25%, I've noticed when you take care of them, they take care of you. This was my son's & my dad's favorite spot & he recently passed away. So this spot is super sentimental to me. Thanks for making my food fresh & always delivering on time. You're so appreciated.
