The dining area is nice, but the chairs are uncomfortable. The staff was excellent and accommodated us very well. The food was not what you expect for the prices they charge. I had a seafood Alfredo and it had pieces of shell in it which immediately disrupts the meal. Others in my party had steaks and they were dry. Seasoned pretty well but not the quality that would reflect the price. Had some cheesecake for dessert and it was probably the best part of the meal. Very rich. Overall...
Always enjoy our visits to the Oak Leaf. Nice selection, and food is tasty. There is a good size bar, along with outdoor seating overlooking the golf course for the warmer months. They do stay busy with golfers, so making a reservation for the restaurant is recommended.
I go with friends; not a place I would go on my own. Ordered a steak; asked for medium-rare. Either the food sits too long before they bring it out, or the cook doesn't know how to do medium-rare. Won't try again!!!
