So I’m not one to complain but I had went to get a roast beef sandwich because there usually so good but when I got home and opened it my sandwich was raw and bloody. I called and they were nice about it and offered me a new sandwich but I can’t even stomach the idea of getting another one even if it’s free. I just wanna make sure everyone is making sure to double check there food. mistakes happen but I don’t know how you don’t notice a raw bloody sandwich.

Employees here are stamping cash bills with (smokers stink and litter) if the driver or any one the passenger's are smoking in the drive thru. That's defacing government property and insulting your customers. This has been done to me twice, I went a second time to see if it would happen and they took the bait. Doubt the owner thinks this is acceptable behavior, but who knows these days. Happened 9-9-25 at around 1 pm. I will not return to this location again...

Ugh i hate to be a jerk maybe im having a day but we went there as a family & my daughter got a tenders kids meal ($5 & change) w apple juice right, all our food comes out without the tendies ok cool no worries i get it as ive worked in food for yearrrrz. I go say something, theyre super chill but they ring me up for just a 2 piece tender & its $5 after i had just paid over $5 for i guess just a mac n cheese & apple juice?? God so whatever i paid & went on w my dinner but $10+ for a kids meal is crazy like 🥲 IN THIS ECONOMY TOO???? Just hurt a bit haha otherwise, experience was cool. My daughter being the last one to eat bc the cashier misheard me sucked & then having to pay more than i paid for my meal…for a kids meal is just crazy as they really couldve comped the 2 tenders for the meal in my opinion idk fast food is fast food though i guess.

I just went there. Usually have good service, but not today. I waited at the drive through with no cars in front of me and didn't get greeted for 5 minutes. Jomacha shake changed. Tasted vanilla hardly any jomacha flavor. They had no chocolate syrup in it as the advertised shakes. When I asked the cashier, he said they quit putting chocolate syrup in the Jomacha shake months ago. I think that is a lie because I had it made the right way not too long ago. He didn't give me my receipt so I can't report him. And I called them, no one answered and no answering machine at this location.

Sandwiches were soggy. Fries were cold. The shift manager was rude to us, and he yelled at his crew members in front of us. We like Arby's but will not be returning to this location.
