I just got home from picking up my order. I was thrilled that you offered FREE pickup, and delivered it to my car. I was also very happy that I didn’t have to give up my credit card number, being able to pay through PayPal adds more security, in my opinion. I was impressed also because when I arrived, I couldn’t get the app to recognize location (or my phone to allow it?), so I had to call in directly. The customer service rep was very sweet and friendly, even thanked me that I called in. My items were brought out within a few minutes. I will definitely be using this option in the future! Thanks!

Asked cashier to load my groceries into my green bags my husband placed open into the cart and was told no, he needed to load them himself. Was it easier to hand the scanned items to him or just place them into the large, opened, flat bottomed green bags! So done with snippy cashiers at BJ’s!
Up until last night, I would have given a 5 star review. However, last night was an absolute disaster. My husband and I went to get some of our monthly items, including diapers and wipes. The only registers that were open were the self-check out. We also had our 13 month old with us, so using the self check outs with large items and a toddler was not an easy task. Things wouldn't scan correctly and the coupons wouldn't work. I emailed the company and they sent an email basically telling me tough, that's the direction they are going. They are moving to only having self check outs. That's not what I pay for. It was the worse shopping trip I've had and it took an extra 20 minutes, which was not going over well with my daughter.

BJ's has everything we want. we save enough on paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags & water to pay for our membership easily.. No Sam's Club for us, not fans of giving the Walton family our money.
