The past few years this store has went down hill severely! Often I get the wrong thing or have missing items, other times the food it thrown together very messy or obviously microwaved. Totally done w this store. Update, slow as helllllll

Do not go here. First of all, they are always a lot slower than any other burger king. Then they will mess up your order, overcharge you, and then send the manager up to explain to you that their employee screwed up, but offer no solution to their mistake they just admitted too. Just fix the problem, but they can't seem to understand that so save your time and drive to a different one.

I just went through the drive-through and I’m very disappointed in the large fry that I just got this is the first time in a long time I’ve been to that Burger King and I’ve never been to one that has ever done this! This is irritating!

I had delivery but on the website it said bogo, when I called the manager she said there is nothing she can do. I asked for the DM number and have yet to receive a call back from them. Unprofessional and lacking customer service

order screen wasn’t on. we told the blonde lady with the ponytail at the window three times that we werent sure what we wanted to order, and she ignored us and after about three minutes of silence each time, she would just assume the order was done and tell us the total and to pull uo to the second window. then when we proceeded to tell her we cant order because the menu wasnt on she would just keep rushing us. moral of the story costumer service was awful!!! if i could give it zero stars i would!
