Stopped for lunch today, Im a truck driver and through the area often, anyways got an original chicken sandwich, got back to my truck started to leave, bit into the sandwich, it had been microwaved, not fried, was still cool in the middle and was watery soggy and nasty, took 2 bites and threw it away, what a waste of $6, wont be stopping here again.

Best BK ive ever been to, food came out hot and correct. They even gave my kid one of the SpongeBob meal box just out of kindness, we didnt even ask and they didnt even say anything. Very nice gesture and we will definitely be back. Outstanding job.

It's not the people that work here it's the food itself.. I can just taste and tell how terrible the quality of food these fast food joints be pumping out all day - everyday.. I do like the Oreo shakes tho

We were informed all food was going to be freshly dropped (fried) but received cold, dry fries. Requested cheese on sandwich- did not receive. Asking for napkins, ketchup and salt for my $38 order, you qould have thought i asked the worker for her kidney.

For some reason, the wait here is enormous. I've been to a lot of Burger Kings, and this particular location has an extremely long wait. They have good servers, but they also have a few workers who don't make sure the burgers are warm or if the fries are fresh. I could on and on, but I realize this is a fast food restaurant.
I rolled up last night at 11:45pm August 8 2025 knowing full well they were closing in a few minutes. I worked fast food for years so I know how it makes the closers feel. I expected an attitude and maybe cold food. What I received was the exact opposite. The gentleman working the drive thru made a point of saying that because of the hour all of my food would be served hot and fresh and he said it with a smile. And he didn’t lie. I have been abstaining from this sort of food for months. My burger was perfect. Fries hot and fresh. I just really appreciated the service and kindness. Thank you !

Food took a while but was hot and fresh (8pm or so when we stopeed. Like most burger kkngs the floor was sticky. They forgot the marinara for the motz sticks so that sucked. But it was hot and what you would expect.

Service here is the slowest around 6:10 in the evening. This has happened to me twice, I order through the drive thru around 6:10 to 6:15, on my way to work. By 6:25 I still haven’t moved and no one has been served. Just have to leave the drive thru and go to work without my food. This store needs to work on serving people faster. 15 mins sitting in the drive thru just to have to leave because no one has moved.
