Workers on truck at Akron zoo were extremely rude to customers checking on their orders because people were told 5 minutes but waited over 30 minutes. They intentionally held people’s food in back while giving the same orders to customers that ordered after people who asked about the wait.

Everything would be so much better with a sauce selection the cheese steak was divine! I'm sucker for hot sauce. The cheese steak 8.5/10 if i had a sauce to go with it easily a 9.5/10 the ravioli brownie bites tasted like a cheap brownie batter the flavor was ok but I feel the quality has a tone of room for improvement.

Food was always good but canceled last minute after they confirmed months ago.

My family and I ordered the popcorn chicken, cheeseburger with waffle fries and the mushroom burger. All of it was bangin. Burgers cooked to perfection, fries golden brown with light salt. The popcorn chicken was cooked nicely. A def must go out and try them now!!!! Good Job!!! Staff was also nice and friendly!

I had the steak cheese steak with onions and peppers..no mushrooms for me. Tender, juicy steak and covered in cheese. Also had the parmesan truffle fries...so good!

They catered a private family event for 65+ people and it was fantastic. Casey was great to work with, easy booking and scheduling process. The service was top notch with his staff being friendly and efficient. The food was excellent. No one left hungry and guests all said it was amazing. I highly recommend.

My work catered them and everything tasted like it was bought at Walmart before they showed up. It was all processed and not very good. Staff were nice and they were on time.

Great experience working with them and will be booking again. Food was so good and everyone was served quickly. They were accommodating and easy to work with. Family owned business and happy to support local. Highly recommend!

Company I worked for frequently provided their catering- it was great.From what I've seen- hands on and locally run. Over a few years always been a pleasure and happened across their food trucks at local carnivals too.Their team/Casey has a few different trucks/styles. Haven't tried them all but our company worked with them for events over the years for their accessibility and quality.Not trying to float anybody's boat but google reviews of any businesses make or break people's livelihood. Try to be aware and fair for at least our local neighbors. (At the same time, love seeing the hilarious ones.)TLDR: I'm a glutton so food matters over anything. On that note 5/5 no frills you know what you're getting and they're cool to work with

Confirmed availability, then ghosted us - no responses to multiple emails and phone calls, and then a no show at our event at a church. Left over 100 church members without lunch options - very unprofessional. In a world where you can get in touch with people in multiple ways, there is no excuse for not responding. I wouldn't trust them to show at your event, I'd book somewhere else.
