First the ice cream is good, but...
I wouldn't suggest going on a Sunday night. Unfortunately the staff was very slow and we waited for at least fifteen minutes behind Two other customers.
The employees were not the happiest bunch and didn't seem to have a good system down. It's seems like they need a manager on duty inorder to keep things running smoothly.

They have a lot of different flavors. Staff is friendly and helpful. It was so hot inside, it seems like the air conditioning wasn't working properly. They gave me my ice cream and it was already messy. But by the time I sat down, seconds later, it was a big mess all over the table. The cone was so stale and did not taste good. One of the girls was nice enough to change it. Thank you!

Expensive, not filled up, nothing was “mixed in”. Threw some crumbs of cookies and a few sprinkles. One came without hot fudge we ordered, and another came with nuts that we didn’t order. Had a gift card so thought we’d try it- Will stick with Pav’s for ice cream.

My ice cream was warm and runny. I mentioned it to the workers and they said they didn't know what was wrong. Never took any money off or asked if I wanted something else instead.

The ice cream was amazing, the service not so much. I would not go back to this location due to the rude service and cleanliness of the establishment.

So my boyfriend and I are definitely regulars and we LOVE cold stone but we had a very terrible experience with the bigger girl with pink hair today. 1. She talks WAY more than she works. 2. Didn’t put peanut butter in our ice cream bc she ran out and was too lazy to go get more. 3. When she finally finished, she put everything into a bag gave it to us and said “sorry” with a rude attitude while 2 out of the 4 ice creams spilled open. Didn’t offer to reclose the lids or get us a new bag. 4. She had started the confrontation with a very un inviting look and an only a “What do you guys want”. We ended up paying $25 and some change for the ice cream, and since the girl that was cashing us out was being kind my boyfriend tipped 2 dollars. We typically enjoy the service and the ice cream we get, we would come and get it once or twice a week. The two other servers did great and stayed working, and even seemed irritated with the bigger girl too. I think that name tags should be in place, we will be coming back soon and would enjoy some sorta compensation for our poor service we had. We would love to come back with a 5 star rating, thank you guys!

I'm willing to pay a premium if a premium is what I get. Not sure when this changed but SUPER stingy on the toppings, may as well just been ice cream from a store. Terrible direction this place is going.

The ice cream is great, however it was very impressive how rude the service was. We came in, and were not greeted, and had to wait and watch the employee put ice cream away. We came in 15 minutes before they close, which we did not know at the time. We felt bad, however, they were still open and we should not have been deliberately ignored.

First time ever. Was excited about trying. Very disappointed. We both felt a little nauseated after driving home. My man got a strawberry milkshake. I got a small waffle cup with white ice cream, a brownie in the middle as he mushed it up and poured caramel on it. I couldn’t eat it all.

Great, but slower service

I have been ordering cakes from here for over 10 years. They have always been good, but I ordered a cake this week, and it was absolutely AWFUL. The cake was so old and dry that the ice cream didn't even help. VERY DISAPPOINTED. That is too much to pay for a cake and have it literally taste like dried cornbread.

DONT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGY!! Awful service and I had an allergic reaction because there was peanut butter in my icecream. didn’t even get a refund.. what a joke?
