The ice cream is great, however it was very impressive how rude the service was. We came in, and were not greeted, and had to wait and watch the employee put ice cream away. We came in 15 minutes before they close, which we did not know at the time. We felt bad, however, they were still open and we should not have been deliberately ignored.

First time ever. Was excited about trying. Very disappointed. We both felt a little nauseated after driving home. My man got a strawberry milkshake. I got a small waffle cup with white ice cream, a brownie in the middle as he mushed it up and poured caramel on it. I couldn’t eat it all.

Our ice cream was good, so that's the good part. Other than that, the tables were consistently wiped off. The staff were super slow, making the ice cream, it just wasn't the best day to go, I guess.

Great, but slower service

I have been ordering cakes from here for over 10 years. They have always been good, but I ordered a cake this week, and it was absolutely AWFUL. The cake was so old and dry that the ice cream didn't even help. VERY DISAPPOINTED. That is too much to pay for a cake and have it literally taste like dried cornbread.

DONT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGY!! Awful service and I had an allergic reaction because there was peanut butter in my icecream. didn’t even get a refund.. what a joke?

Extremely unprofessional no customer service they look at each other who is going to take next order normal wait time will be 25 min atleast even if their is no line or any other person in front of you and staff racially profile there customer very rude

I feel really bad for the two kids that were working behind the counter tonight. They had about 30 people in line and they were doing their best to keep up. My problem is with these corporations underpaying and under staffing their shops all for extra $ to pocket (ESPECIALLY in the city on a Saturday night). We ended up leaving and will not be back. Hey, headquarters... do better for the sake of your employees and remaining customers.

Their door and online clearly stated they closed at 11, but we were told they closed at 10:30 once we were already inside the building. If they were closed, the door should have already been locked when not one other person was in line.

Came in on September 12th and ordered ice cream for my family. Hospitality 10 out of 10. The two loves lady’s working did a fantastic job. They were friendly and greeted my family and I with a smile. Definitely will be back!!

Kid-friendliness: Wished my daughter a happy birthday and put a smile on her face!

The location was clean, the employee was fine, the chemical smell of cleaner or air freshner was so strong that when we opened our purchase at home, the ice cream and caramel apple tasted so bad we couldn't eat them:(
