I went to Cold Stone on Portage Street in North Canton. I was there at 4:14 December 16th. When I first walked in, there was a bad odor that smelled like either a cleaning chemical or bug spray. I should have turned around and walked out. Against my better judgment I picked out the ice cream that I wanted and then she started to put it together. She put the fruit on then She mixed it for less than a half a minute and slopped it into a bowl. It was more like a milkshake then ice cream. I could actually pour it out. If it wasn't for the fruit I could have used a straw. I was the only customer in there and I felt like she could not be bothered. The worst part was when I was eating it I could taste the warm ice cream with a bad taste.

Don’t deal with the heavy set girl with blonde and pink hair. She’s clearly upset with her life choices and takes it out on customers. Lazy and too busy chatting to work. She’s mentioned in nearly every bad review on here so management must be just as bad considering she’s still employed. Won’t be considering overspending for ice cream here anymore.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I come here because this place is supposed to be allergy friendly as they can make all options in the back without cross contamination. However, every time I come to this specific location in North Canton the rudest girl is always here and she is immediately rude and angry when I ask for my ice cream to be made in the back. It’s quite disheartening when you’re having a bad day and just need a sweet treat just for them to treat you poorly and make your day worse. They also are constantly out of ingredients and are rude about that as well as if I should have known they’re out. Anyway, that girl deserves to be fired. Don’t come to this one unless you want to leave upset and with nothing.

I love cold stone ice cream, and the employees that worked there a couple of months ago were awesome. Lately the experience has not been pleasant. It seems they have some new employees, and every time we go (about once a week) there is always a line and it takes forever to get through. Last Friday 10/17 I went to get ice cream with my sister and we noticed that they were getting a lot of online orders. The girl with blonde hair and pink highlights, usually puts her hair into two side buns, rolled her eyes every time a new order came through. We have noticed that every time we come this specific girl has a bad attitude. I can understand having a bad day once in a while but if we come once a week and she is always in a bad mood and literally looks like she hates her job then maybe management needs to question her position with the company or do a review. This place used to be amazing, but they need to take a serious look at the people they are hiring before it's too late.

Went to Coldstone on Portage. They were very busy. The workers worked at one pace---slow. Had to wait quite while for my ice cream. They did not where gloves while they were working. One boy kept running his hands through his hair and the touching food with out gloves. There was a hair in my ice cream. Disgusting. Did not see an adult working just young kids.

This place is ridiculous the employees here are really rude and they laugh like it's a joke when you ask a question like seriously and I have been calling for a straight week now about a chocolate covered cheesecake and I get excuse after excuses or that they are all sold out shouldn't you guys make extra to keep in the back freezer!?! This place is absolutely terrible it really is! And then I get told they cant hold um really you can't just put one in a bag and put it in back freezer is it that hard to do seriously get your employees in check and do better!?!!

I’m really disappointed to have to write this, but our experience at this Cold Stone location tonight was truly awful. We waited in a line that wasn’t even very long, yet it took over an hour to be served. At least five or six groups ahead of us gave up and left because the wait was so unreasonable.

There were three employees working, but there was no sense of urgency and little to no communication between them. One girl specifically, with blonde and pink hair, spent much of the time talking and walking around while her coworkers did most of the work. It was frustrating to watch, especially as families like ours were trying to be patient.

It also seemed that online orders were being prioritized over the customers who had been waiting in person, which only added to the delay. What was supposed to be a fun Friday evening treat with my family ended up being an hour-long headache.

I really hope management reads this and takes action to improve the organization, teamwork, and training at this location. I also noticed a previous review mentioning the same employee, which suggests this has been an ongoing issue. A little coaching and leadership could go a long way toward fixing the problems we saw tonight.

I love Cold Stone creamery. Today I walked into the Canton store on Portage St. And the music was so loud I had to put my hands over my ears. I waited for about 3 minutes and nobody came out to wait on me. I could hear them talking but nobody came out
I left the place.
I was not very happy. I like boo batter and I wanted some boo batter. I live 40 minutes away.

So freaking rude. Online order I was picking up and they refused to do it until every customer was helped in line. The customer placed their order over 2 hours ago and they refused to do their order. Workers and place are disgusting. The one that had the bad attitude and was very rude was the heavier girl that Had pink and blonde hair. She claimed if they wanted their order so bad that they need to come in instead of doing it online also, I’d like to point out instead of helping with the customers some people brought in food for her to eat, and she went to the back

First the ice cream is good, but...
I wouldn't suggest going on a Sunday night. Unfortunately the staff was very slow and we waited for at least fifteen minutes behind Two other customers.
The employees were not the happiest bunch and didn't seem to have a good system down. It's seems like they need a manager on duty inorder to keep things running smoothly.

They have a lot of different flavors. Staff is friendly and helpful. It was so hot inside, it seems like the air conditioning wasn't working properly. They gave me my ice cream and it was already messy. But by the time I sat down, seconds later, it was a big mess all over the table. The cone was so stale and did not taste good. One of the girls was nice enough to change it. Thank you!

Expensive, not filled up, nothing was “mixed in”. Threw some crumbs of cookies and a few sprinkles. One came without hot fudge we ordered, and another came with nuts that we didn’t order. Had a gift card so thought we’d try it- Will stick with Pav’s for ice cream.
