The service and food was absolutely terrible plus it yook me over an hour to get my food and they were not busy at all

This afternoon, my family and I went to Cracker Barrel, but let me tell you—today just wasn’t the day. The food missed the mark in ways I didn’t even know food could. The broccoli had a smell that could clear a room, the mashed potatoes somehow skipped the “mashed” part, and the roast was cooked so long I think it aged twice. The eggs? Straight-up rubber. I could probably bounce them off the floor.

The hash brown casserole had a flavor I can only describe as “what I imagine a wet dog tastes like”and I really wish I was exaggerating. As for the greens, I tried to be brave, but one bite had me questioning all my life choices. The flavor just wasn’t it.

That said, huge shoutout to the manager and our waitress. They were both incredibly kind and understanding as we voiced our concerns.

When they were not even busy … both of us had cold sausage patties …. That really hurt the experiance…..

We have at the Canton Restaurant many times. This visit was a disappointment. My husband’s coffee and meal was lukewarm. And we had to ask for napkins and there wasn’t a spoon to eat his grits.

Very sorry to say I wasn't happy about my last visit in Ohio. The saw mill gravy was like water! I should have sent it back and order something else, but I didn't. And the manager didn't seem to really care that I wasn't satisfied. She never even offered me a price reduction. So leason learned, just simply refuse it and send it back. Sadly I say this because I love their gravy.

Was there 2 days ago. Had the meatloaf which I love. Had a baked potato and some broccoli. Dinner was cold. Mentioned it to the waitress. Didn't seem to mean anything to her. Very dissapointed in the service.

My husband barrel Burger was pink wasn't even cooked when I got home and hand him it after a bite he seen it was raw he now has food poisoning thanks to the freaking cook who can't cook

Went to dinner at Cracker Barrel with my family. Was seated and our drink order was taken. Drinks arrived in a timely manner and then our food order was taken. When food arrived the waitress started to set food down when she got to the grilled chicken tenders she went to set them down as we all noticed that the were completely burnt and asked are these okay as she set them down, knowing that they were not. Second thing she sat down was the biscuits and gravy which was a small bowl of gravy and 4 biscuits in a basket. No plate to put them on, it was like they wanted you to dunk the biscuits into the gravy. I have never ordered biscuits and gravy and had them served in that way. Eggs that were ordered over easy came out over hard and the county fried steak was soggy no crunch at all. Overall terrible experience!

My husband and I are big fans of Cracker barrel and visit quite often, so we were quite surprised on our most recent visit. We were excited to see the addition of seasoned rice on the menu and we both ordered it. However.... There was no flavor at all. ( Disappointing) Also.... My husband's meatloaf was barely lukewarm and he wondered what happened to the green beans. He orders them every time we come. ( Except breakfast) He said there was absolutely none of the usual flavor and tasted like it was just dumped from a can. We do realize that it was busy but the quality of the food shouldn't be affected. We have been and will remain loyal customers but hope that we can rely on consistency in the future.

I love cracker barrel. I just wish they weren't so busy all the time.
