since the recent changes in the new and improved rebranding. you might as not bother reopening.

Cracker Barrel is trending on social media for removing the cracker and the barrel from their logo, and changing the stores to generic sterile knockoffs. And if this change happens, we will never go to CB again and I will miss the food 😥

I've read other reviews, and the people who complain just like to complain. I've always gotten good service. Sometimes they're busy, you have to be patient or go somewhere else! Food is always good!!!! And yes, I am a long term customer, not as often as I like, but I've been going to Cracker Barrels since I was in my 20s! I'm now 65. Don't let the bad reviews bother you. People that have never worked very hard don't know what it takes to get their meal to them. It's a lot of work, and the employees have to work as a team if it's going to be a success. God Bless!

We had the campfire dinner - chicken. I thought it was good, my mother said it had no flavor. Also supposed to have red potatoes in it, I didn't get any and my mom got one

So evidently cracker barrel lost their mind.
1) The Cracker i used to go to put bacon rendering in the sausage gravy and it was great. Not this time so it tasted like watery flour mush. Ridiculous.
2) Hashbrown casserole used to be a casserole dish swimming in cheese. This was undercooked hash browns off the griddle and someone whispered cheese over them.
3) Eggs ordered over medium still had runny whites on my order.
4) Bacon was as thick as a razor blade and just as tasty.
5) Coffee was not good and there was only one choice. Mediocre would be a stretch.
6) Country fried steak would have been good if the awful pasty flour mush wasn't spread all over it.
7) Over $50 for yuck.
The only saving grace was the sausage link had great flavor and outstanding service from a really great wait staff lady and of course the building is kool.
I frankly will never return.

Please don't go to this location. Their manager Marsha screamed at my 4 year oldautistic son because he was having a tough time with all the noise. We were working on packing up and I took him to the bathroom. She screamed in my face and then screamed in his. I called corporate and they did nothing. Seeing as they won't do anything to this horrible human, please don't take your children there. It's not a safe environment for kids.
