Cracker Barrel is trending on social media for removing the cracker and the barrel from their logo, and changing the stores to generic sterile knockoffs. And if this change happens, we will never go to CB again and I will miss the food 😥

I've read other reviews, and the people who complain just like to complain. I've always gotten good service. Sometimes they're busy, you have to be patient or go somewhere else! Food is always good!!!! And yes, I am a long term customer, not as often as I like, but I've been going to Cracker Barrels since I was in my 20s! I'm now 65. Don't let the bad reviews bother you. People that have never worked very hard don't know what it takes...

We have at the Canton Restaurant many times. This visit was a disappointment. My husband’s coffee and meal was lukewarm. And we had to ask for napkins and there wasn’t a spoon to eat his grits.
