Im done with this location. I get the same thing every single day. The last month or so it seems like they forgot how to make my drinks. Some of the people that work there are nice but most are snobby and rude. Bagels are cold and they run out of stuff all the time. Even during rushes. They need new management and they need to relearn how to make the drinks apparently.

They are open 24/7 but dont sell dounts!!! Like why is Dunkin DOUNTS OPEN BUT DON’T HAVE DOUNTS!?!!!! That is the dumbest thing that I have ever heard!!!
Lady at the drive through was VERY rude my mom has a hard time hearing even with her hearing aids asked the lady on the speaker to repeat herself and she basically yelled at my mom and sounded incredibly rude. I continued to order for my mom so she didn’t get yelled at for her disability anymore and the lady cut us off halfway through our order and told us to pull up to the window. Very disappointed.

At 1:02 pm today 7/6 I got a strawberry coolata, and it tastes like crap. I've gotten them at other Dunkin locations, but this location made it taste so watered down and terrible. Won't be going back. Thanks for thr bad drink Olivia.

I went through the drive through and ordered a latte for my mom and a Diet Pepsi for me. After waiting 15 minutes in the line - (why I gave one ⭐️ for service) latte was received and I was told that they were out of Diet Pepsi (why I gave one ⭐️ for food). When I asked for a refund, (second reason I gave one ⭐️ for service) I was told there was no manager so they could give me a doughnut or a sandwich - I cannot have sugar and I was thirsty (why I ordered a Diet Pepsi). The one ⭐️ for atmosphere is because the drive through window and parts I could see were very dirty (spills and trash). DO NOT GO HERE!
