Einstein Bros. Bagels

I have never been treated so poorly as a customer than I was here. This was my first time at Einstein bagels and I can promise you I will not be back. The team member there with glasses and short hair was beyond rude and condescending. No wonder she didn’t wear a name tag she wants to make sure no one can submit a complaint on her so she can continue to have a hideous attitude and get away with it.

I walked in on their Sunday rush and ordered $150 worth of stuff. They handled it so calmly and kindly!

Staff is always polite and quick.

Getting way too expensive. 2 bagels with no cream cheese & a small coffee almost 9 dollars! Use to get the same awhile back & get change from a $5. And the bagels are thinner than they used to be. Got 2 Asiago bagels at Pan*** for $3.75. Use to be open until 4 pm. I like that you can sit out, though. Store was clean, employees ok, but I can't afford to come 2 - 3 xs a week like before the pandemic.

I love coming here!! The All Nighter breakfast sandwich is amazing!! The bagels are so good! The ladies are always welcoming and efficient. Chocolate chip bagels are superb. ?? I just wish they were open a couple more hours.

I like the building and the atmosphere, but there’s a lack of healthier options, and when I ordered ahead I waited the 15-20 minutes the app recommended, then walked in to see no other customers and five employees working and they had only started my order then. No sense of urgency for the customer.

Sadly my opinion has changed. Food is good when they get your order correct and do not smash the bagel. The staff is great but they have a few people who need to leave outside issues outside. Your a food establishment point blank. Your there to serve all customers no mater what your feeling are towards a customer. If you don't like it then you need a new job. The employees make the atmosphere.
