Staff is always very welcoming and friendly, bagels are always delicious. I enjoy bringing friends from out of town here for breakfast/brunch. Good spot

The manager Michelle is amazing !! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! The store is extremely clean. I would definitely recommend going to Einstiens on the strip!!

Their bagels are now $5 apiece. That is ridiculous. Will never be back.

I really enjoy eating here and have for years, however the young girl with glasses and dark hair that’s Indian is very careless. She’s messed up my order before and skipped over me in line as well as not asking for my number to order rewards points to save herself time. She needs to work on time management and paying attention details. On multiple occasions I have came in the store happy and left feeling unsettled when helped by her. I only referred to her as Indian as there is another sweet girl with glasses that has always been very helpful.

This is thee bagel place IMHO.
The ladies were friendly and the lady that waited on us actually got some cheddar jalapeño bagels fresh out of the oven for us, since there were no more of thos variety on the rack. Lots of different and interesting choices. The sandwiches look good too.

First off, the dining room could use some cleaning. Very gross.

Next, ordered a Asiago bagel with extra cheese and bacon, toasted.

Nothing was toasted or warm. The cheese was one slice, not extra as requested.

Very poorly made with a bad attitude as well.

Then asked if they had frozen coffee, she ensured me that they do! I then received a coffee with ice….. do you not know the difference between ICED and FROZEN?

My 90-year old dad loves their bagels... there had been some kind of issue with getting a delivery to him, and when I called about it, Michelle and her team were so thoughtful and enthusiastic about taking care of it. Great customer service! I make a point to get bagels here when I come to visit him, because it's always a pleasant and tasty experience :-) Highly recommend.

Jenn was awesome!!! And all staff was SUPER friendly and attentive!! The new renovations inside make the place look very well kept!! Store was clean and tidy! The bagels n gravy sandwich is delicious would recommend!! Will definitely be returning!!!

We always have an exceptional experience here each and every time, especially when we see Marline who always remembers us. She makes our visit special.

I love this place because they’re open early! I usually stop by before 6am and get some grub. The employees are always very nice and the place is always tidy. I usually get the same thing every morning. Turkey sausage egg and cheese bagel sandwich on an asiago bagel. It’s a classic and very delicious!

Im not a big coffee drinker but today I ended up getting some. The hazelnut ….vanilla coffee is good as well if you’re into coffee!

I don’t ever make it for lunch but I have had their pizza bagel and it’s so good!

There is plenty of parking until the restaurant next door opens up. Usually it gets so busy they take up all the spots and I have to park kind of far.

Definitely check this place out if you haven’t already!
