Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Took my grandson Fred to Freddy's.

Went to get ice cream for me and my grandmother. Was given the ice cream and plastic white spoons. Got home and started eating and looked at my spoon - it had blood on it. Looked at my mouth in the mirror and the spoon was so sharp that it had cut up my lip. Went to warn my elderly grandmother and got her spoon - it was just as sharp as mine. Freddie's is going to hurt someone. Can't imagine if I took my kid here and that happened. If you must go here, don't use the utensils. If i could give them zero stars I would.

Really good food and the show string fries were amazing! Excited to go back for another excellent milkshake!!

I absolutely love the specific location. I went through their drive thru at 8:30pm. Of course we were indecisive but Abbey was patient and helpful. She didn't rush us through our order or displace any discomfort with how long we were taking. Kenny came in with the assist making sure we had everything for our order. He served up a plethora of sauces since we were unsure with what they offered. When the order was ready the food was amazing! Cullen really paid attention to our special requests. I made it home and the food was still piping hot. Onion rings crispy, fries salted and crisp, burgers/ juicy, crispy edge, cheese melted down..... flavor on 1,000,000🔥 OUTSTANDING JOB Abbey, Kenny, and Cullen!!!!! Keep up the great work .... The bar has been set ... and YOU are BAR!!!!!

This place is FABULOUS! Me and my hubby frequent here QUIET often, it’s one of our FAV places to eat when we are in the area. Food is ALWAYS SPOT ON and top notch! Austin the manager is phenomenal with balancing customer service and being very hands on.
