We go in for an order. There were a couple big orders just placed ahead of us. 2 families with kids. Maybe 100 bucks in orders to put it into perspective. The cashier said, I can't take more orders right now. We are down a person. It's gonna be awhile. Lol. Talk about lack of effort and no work ethic. Isn't this a fast food joint? Lol

You guys can’t give out extra cups for kids because of “paper costs” HOLY COW that’s just embarrassing and bad customer service. Pay the paper costs and give a 3,5,7 year olds an extra cup.

Odd place sometimes, but it has good food if you're looking for something kinda greasy, good burgers for that. Those concrete shakes are phenomenal, absolutely love those.

It reminded me of steak and shake. Food was ok. My kids really liked the cheese curds. The staff were really friendly.

Went through the drive through not busy at all and got home and went to check my order and found that they didn’t give us almost any of the right food and tried to call back in to find a resolution for the food and called 10 times in a 20 minute period and no one can answer the phone definitely bad since we were the only one in the drive through

Absolutely horrible customer service. I visited at Monday 12/29/25 4:30pm at the North Canton Ohio restaurant. I went through the drive through and the lady asked me politely to give her just a second to take my order. I waited 10 minutes only for her to return and say sorry for the wait to give her more time before she could take my order. There was only one other car at the drive through window. Very disappointed and I hope someone in management sees this

Their burgers are AMAZING!! Fries are EXCELLENT!! Everything about them just makes me want to come back EVERY TIME!!

The steak burger was awful. Possibly in the top 3 worst burgers I've ever had. It was cold, rubbery and tough. Almost $14 for this awful meal. At least the drink was good. I don't think I'll return.
