One word. SLOW. Friday summer night and it was very slow to get ice cream. Great product but the process for delivery and service should be improved. I guess that’s more than one word, sorry!
Took my family for ice cream 10-15 minutes before close, yes slightly chilly just wanted some good ice cream. Both girl workers, lots of attitude, said we could only get anything in a cone or cup. Sorry if it says open till 10 that’s what it says. Disappointed in this young generation. They proceeded to turn the lights off as we were waiting.
❄️ I just came bye for a sweet snack. Madison helped me at the front counter. She offered me three samples of different kinds of caramel ice cream so I could one. She was so kind and patient. What an awesome employee! 🍦🍦🍦🍦
