Huge shout out to the truck and tool rental department! They really go the extra mile for their customers, and when you're doing something stressful like moving, the kindness of employees like Kelly make a huge difference. Best customer service ever
We ordered a bathroom vanity from Home Depot. They called the night before delivery to let us know they would be delivering the next day. My husband said we can’t have the package dropped off until after 10:45a.m. And that they would need to help his wife (me) to bring it into the garage and help me open it to inspect for damage. They responded with yes of course that won’t be a problem. The very next day they didn’t call ahead and dropped off before we would be there. Left...read full review

Haus of Dawgs is a friendly spot with amazing food. The kraut dog is a must-try, served hot and fresh with Stadium mustard on a toasted roll. Customers feel at home, even with social anxiety. The cheese steak is seasoned perfectly and melts in your mouth, made with a whole NY strip steak. The owner is so personable and the service is fantastic. The chicken bacon ranch is a favorite, served with fries. The Philly steak cheese sub and cheese dog are also delicious, all at great prices. Located right at the Home Depot main entrance, it's a definite go-to spot for something unique in Cleveland. Customers keep coming back for more.
