After waiting several minutes to be acknowledged let alone sat down (only because the cook yelled for the waitress, who had walked past us like we didn’t exist) The waitress, wearing lashed bigger than her personality, took her grand time attending to anyone. There was another female working who was more interested in finding words on the children’s menu, that was no help. At least the cook did his job, having a total of 8 people in the restaurant. No one had any ambition whatsoever, again, other than the cook , who had to let either of the other two know what was going on out on the floor.

IHOP used to be the place to go! And it's not bad, but the service and the food have gone down over the years. The one in the Belden area is hit or miss on quality of food and service. My husband and I went about 6 months ago and the food was awful, the service was slow, it was so packed inside the restaurant that you could hardly back your chair up, so we thought we won't come back. My son wanted to go to IHOP the other day so him and I went and this time the food was actually very good, but the service was only mediocre, our waitress wasn't very attentive. She actually left us without silverware even after our dinner was served, and she didn't come back to the table very often at all so it was very inconvenient to have to get up and ask for things.

Completely messed up our order. Food was disgusting. It was like frozen food rapidly reheated. Strawberries on pancakes were frozen and watery. Manager was rude as can be. Then had to listen to a waitress talking about her lugie and mucus in her throat. Not what we wanna hear while trying to eat.

I went to have lunch last week it’s gross to see that people that cook your food have long acrylics nails scratching their head there is also a male that has a long beard no covers on their heads 🤮 Where is the MANAGMENT because obviously they are not doing their job. Definitely left a lot to say about this place. The Massillon one is definitely more clean and their cooks always are wearing their head caps and no one has their acrylics nail long and gross 😷

Wife has food poisoning Christmas Day. Thanks much IHOP. Have been coming here for years and enjoyed it. After the last 2 or more years of IHOP going way down hill in food quality/service and especially this incident I won’t be back ever again while also making sure many, many others are aware of the downhill trend for IHOP.
Great place. Have always come here since i was little. Only comment was the back of house had a lot of potty mouthing. Not family friendly. They should be a little quieter or not say potty words.
