Wanted to go to IHOP on Christmas because nothing else was open that sounded good. Called to ask what their hours were and some lady answered the phone and said âYES WERE OPENâ before I said anything or had any exchange. Terrible attitude and weâre not going there ever again.

On a Sunday Morning we had breakfast and found good prices for the breakfast meals listed in the Dinner Menu. That was weird. The service and food at this Ihop was excellent, The management was horrible. After a great experience at the table the waitress dropped off the check, and 5 minutes later we walked towards the exit with our check in hand. The hostess informed us we would have to wait at the table for our server to take the check with payment. I voiced to the hostess that she has one chance to take our payment because we are leaving Ihop. The the store Manager appears and takes the check and our credit card without saying a word and disappears for 5 minutes, returns with the receipt to sign and immediately disappears again. I tried to talk to her but she would not communicate, the manager was very rude and sadly I will not return.

The North Canton IHOP is a top-notch quality restaurant. I order the Bacon cheeseburger and it was perfect! The IHOP sauce is a very zingy/swingy/tingy/tangy sauce. I would absolutely go back!!!
Worst place ever food under cooked hair on my friends onion rings nats in another groups food horrible customer service and just needs to be fixed the manger was rude to a younger crowd and just acting like nats were ok and tht they have them in the back it's nothing new

My husband and I have been here an hour and still waiting for our food. There's only 2 tables ahead of us and they are also still waiting. The waitress has not come to our table since our order. It is also freezing cold in here. I would give it 0 stars if I had that option.

My recent visit to this IHOP location was a thoroughly disappointing experience. My fiancé, two friends, and I arrived at 10pm last night, expecting a pleasant dining experience. However, our evening was marred by a series of unacceptable incidents. A nearby group of teenagers discovered a bug in their food, prompting a dismissive response from the manager, who claimed it was merely a gnat and not a significant concern. We placed our orders, but my fiancé's burger was undercooked, and our friend's chicken sandwich was fried instead of grilled. We were forced to wait for these items to be remade, during which time my own food grew cold. To make matters worse, our friend discovered a long black hair on their onion rings. When I reported these issues to the manager, she seemed unconcerned and offered to remake our meals again. However, we declined, having already waited 45 minutes for our initial orders. Another nearby group, who had only ordered drinks, chose to leave without eating. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and food quality at this location, and I will not be returning to any IHOP in the future.
