I understand being out of a product.
Completely do. I ordered 3 ice creams and the store was out of the Dubai. Fine. My husband already paid the total of $17 and whatever change with a $20 bill. I said I don’t want anything else and asked for my $5.25 back from the cash I just gave the girl. I was told that policy is no cash refunds and I had to get my refund on a gift card. After this situation and how it was handled AFTER I paid I will NEVER be returning.
Great fast service! Will be back soon.
