I am at Puckers almost every day due to the location of where I work. In the five almost six months I have been going there they havent once messed up my order. They are also always extremley friendly, greeting me by name whenever I come in. Even when they are busy, they always get to me ASAP and always have a great attitude. The food is also great and I love their specials. I highly reccomend this place!
My fiancee is in a wheelchair when we came in the owner noticed my fiancee couldn't reach the table so he told us to wait one minute. He took the table of the little step and made a handicap accessible table for us. He apologized and reassured us that they have tables coming next week to set up handicap seating.
Came here for dinner this week and was pleasantly surprised by how good all of the food was! The mozzarella sticks and the ranch hand chicken sandwich were amazing. I was also impressed with the amount of food given for the price! The only downside for me was the service. While our waitress was very nice and friendly, we also went awhile without drink refills because she didn't stop by the table much. I also was stuck standing at the host stand for over 5 minutes waiting...
