“I was in roughly 30 minutes ago. Had some issues with my payment method- had to leave get corrected and was able to go back in a few minutes later to retrieve/pay for my order. I was completely chaotic and all over the place. The cashier working the register couldn’t have been more kind and accommodating. Thank you Amanda for understanding and having grace with me through it all. Greatly appreciated!!“
“Not a cozy setting as before. I think they're making some changes in that area but there's like no seating and tables to briefly rest n enjoy your meal or drink. So far my drinks have been tasting good from this location insde of Target, better than the site on Fulton near Jackson High School. The line was long, but it was a Saturday so I just calmly waited for my awesome apple crisp drink ? The food needs improvements here though. Bread was hard and didn't taste fresh. I had to discard like 1/3 of it. My 4th time trying food here, there won't ba a fifth. Lol?

“I downloaded the app because you get a free drink on your birthday. There weren't any size limits and you can add extras all at no cost! A few days later there was a BOGO and after that $3.00 off a drink.
A negative about the app is that there's A LOT of trackers and attempts to access your phone information continuously throughout the day; whether you use it or not.
I have gone to several locations and so far the staff have always been friendly and helpful. This has become more and more of a rarity in today's workforce.“

“I frequent this Starbucks during the morning rush (when I definitely order via the app so I don't need to wait in the drive-thru line), in the afternoon, and in the evenings. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is pleasant even when extraordinarily busy. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the extremely limited inside seating. During inclement weather I head to another coffeehouse if I'm meeting someone. Would love to be able to meet inside this one during the winter but if the two small tables are occupied, then I'm out of luck.“
“My last few drinks weren't as tasty or not mixed well. I decided to go to a different Starbucks and ordered the same 2 drinks. And YES, there was quite a big difference! The 2nd place I was very very pleased. I have ordered these 2 drinks for long time and knew something was off since like December last year, but I was busy. So this time I remembered and decided to give my drinks a test at other locations. I went to 3 total, my local (by the Jackson High School on Fulton Drive NW) and 2 others nearish. Once again, my local 2 starbucks drinks were handed to me with a smile but tasted umm blah. My friend tasted them too. I then went to the other 2. The 2nd place was awesome and my drinks a tasting on point, the 3rd spot was good too. My friend also noticed the difference greatly. We threw out the 1st drinks. Guess I'll be going to the 2nd spot for a while. I hope my local Starbucks will get some retraining and improve their mixing and blending game. We thought of saying something at the moment and asking for better drinks, buuuut I am afraid of maybe getting something worse or a nasty addition (spit) to my drink. Lol ewww. ?“
