Starbucks in Massillon

“This Starbucks is by far not the closest Starbucks to where I live but I still drive to this one every day because the people that work here are so very nice and go beyond to be so friendly. Nick, Catherine and Amanda are just a few really great employees. And very importantly, they make my shaken espresso better than any of the other Starbucks nearby!“

“They're always very friendly and the drive thru is pretty fast. I've been inside a couple of times and it was slower and felt a little off. Maybe since it seems must of their business is drive thru, they focus on that? However, while waiting inside I've had fun conversations with them so not a bad experience... Just different. My husband tells me this is the best one for frappuccinos because they always put the caramel crunchies in the bottom, too. ?“
