Disgusting what I just found in my drink. I found a hair in my drink they need to start wearing hats or hairnets to prevent this. They have a good work environment and their food and drinks are good. But I just don't think this was acceptable.

I like this location because it's so convenient however the iced coffee in the recent few months has been terrible. I addressed this with an associate and she told me they store it in the same pitchers they use for other flavored drinks. You can definitely taste the other fruit flavors, especially the pineapple. Please dedicate a pitcher for coffee only.

My last few drinks weren't as tasty or not mixed well. I decided to go to a different Starbucks and ordered the same 2 drinks. And YES, there was quite a big difference! The 2nd place I was very very pleased. I have ordered these 2 drinks for long time and knew something was off since like December last year, but I was busy. So this time I remembered and decided to give my drinks a test at other locations. I went to 3 total, my local (by the Jackson High School on Fulton Drive NW) and 2 others nearish. Once again, my local 2 starbucks drinks were handed to me with a smile but tasted umm blah. My friend tasted them too. I then went to the other 2. The 2nd place was awesome and my drinks a tasting on point, the 3rd spot was good too. My friend also noticed the difference greatly. We threw out the 1st drinks. Guess I'll be going to the 2nd spot for a while. I hope my local Starbucks will get some retraining and improve their mixing and blending game. We thought of saying something at the moment and asking for better drinks, buuuut I am afraid of maybe getting something worse or a nasty addition (spit) to my drink. Lol ewww. ?

I just don't like their choice of breads, too limited. I had the ham and cheese baguette and all I tasted was the baguette!

@Callum Amacher - why are you sticking up for them? If the brand STARBUCKS is on the sign, coupons and apps should work there.

Terrible coffee but good specialty drinks. They're against plastic straws but there's a dumpster full of plastic cups, drink mix containers and misc. potentially recyclable junk. ?

@MuratBakan they are a licensed store. Starbucks does not allow licensed stores to accept Starbucks card or rewards. The app will not work. Go to target and it’s the same thing there. It is not Uncle Sam’s coffee shop. It’s a licensed Starbucks store. Know the difference
This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I've only been here a few times since their is one across the street, but since it's located in Giant Eagle it makes getting a coffee convenient when shopping. Each time I've been met with rude baristas who honestly just look like they hate working there and don't care. I've ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso multiple times from this location and it never tastes the same as other Starbucks location. On the plus side, I have been able to order the Cinnamon Dolce before whereas the other locations have been out for months. Not sure if they still have it or not, but that would be my only reason to come back to this location.
