Staff is always kind and EXTREMELY quick, on top of that the drink is always perfectly made no matter when I go. the place is always clean and a great atmosphere. I live directly behind the starbucks in Kent and will drive to this location instead every time.

Dietary restrictions: The app shows full ingredient/allergen lists and the staff here are usually very understanding when you ask them to use clean/fresh equipment to prevent cross contamination

Starbucks is renowned for its exceptional customer service, with employees who are patient, kind, and dedicated to getting drinks just right. The drive-thru is efficient, but the in-store experience can be rowdy, with loud music and staff members shouting over it. However, the staff are friendly, patient, and efficient, and the food and drinks, such as the pink drink and hot Chai tea, are wonderful.
