This store is a joke. I’ve never experienced more issues with any restaurant or business in my life. This store will come up with anything they can to not do their job. Drive through is always closed due to issues but only seems to happen at night. Orders not being fulfilled. Guys playing video games when they should be working. This store is a joke. Doesn’t matter how you order or what your do. Don’t expect to get food from this location anytime

I will never come here again after the lady in the kitchen yelled at me after I asked why my order of 1 burrito wasn't ready after waiting 30 minutes. Literally yelled at me! I can't believe the way I was treated. I asked 3 separate times where my order was. First time I asked they handed me a free taco coupon. Then when I asked again the associate handed me a free drink. I cant comprehend why the women in the kitchen felt it was appropriate to yell at me! I left as soon as I could because once I grabbed my burrito she started towards me and I felt she was going to continue her tirade. I ordered online at 117pm. The app stated it would be done at 132pm. I waited 20 more minutes! 40 minutes for 1 burrito. I asked MULTIPLE times to cancel my order and they REFUSED!

Was told no service at 4 am because he felt aggression from our car, and said we were there last night (even though we weren't because we we're at the fair in jackson) and wouldn't tell us why he wouldn't serve us, never gave a reason and video taped us as we drove off, without cause.
Dj, Noah, and the other young were so friendly. I recommend this Taco Bell. The store was also very clean.

Friendly and professional staff. Ordered my food and before I could even pay, my order was ready. Their speed is UNREAL! When I'm here, specifically at this location on Portage Street, I am given 5-star service!
Me and my mom can here for lunch. We did not get a greeting. Ordered our food and waited. Went to my car and back and still no acknowledgement that we were there and not even a cup. After a long wait we finally get to sit down to eat. No surprise all the tables were dirty. All this on top of no heat in the building. We could have eaten outside and been warmer. First and last experience here.
