Me and my mom can here for lunch. We did not get a greeting. Ordered our food and waited. Went to my car and back and still no acknowledgement that we were there and not even a cup. After a long wait we finally get to sit down to eat. No surprise all the tables were dirty. All this on top of no heat in the building. We could have eaten outside and been warmer. First and last experience here.

My fiancé went and got food and got home. All of our food was cold and nasty like it wasn’t just cooked like they just warmed it up. A stacker is supposed to have the cheese melted the way that they cook it and it’s not even melted. it looks like they just threw it together and then when I call, she wants to get an attitude then tell me to bring the food and then when I cuss her out, cause she wants to sit here and argue with me, but I am watching the food in front of me. She gonna say she gonna call the cops and that is the manager there very nasty. Very unprofessional the food’s disgusting That Taco Bell is not worth the money that you’re paying for go to a different Taco Bell and I bet you it’s 100% better.

tacos, quesadillas, everything was given to me with no chicken or beef after waiting 20 mins. had to drive back and was told the meat wouldn’t temp, they will remake them but will have to cook the meat in the microwave.. it was a mess. i will not be returning to this location

This location is a complete abomination!!! Just an absolute train wreck. Your food WILL ALWAYS be wrong, missing half your items or be flat out inedible. They aren’t deserving of anyone’s business. A constant, perpetual disappointment. Which is a huge bummer for me personally, as I’m basically a Taco Bell super fan! Haha
I’ve eaten TB thousands of times over my life, across all locations. It’s my comfort food.. but I wish it weren’t. Because I almost ALWAYS regret it, due to horrible experiences. Them completely botching every other order has about killed my 30 year love of this place for good. Seriously considering whether I ever want to support them again. They certainly don’t deserve it.

BYE FAR the absolute worst taco bell I have ever encountered . Taco bell is my least favorite so its always my last option. I decided to stop by this one for the first time they messed up a very simple order . I called in manager offered replacement of the whole order . I went back 3 days later they almost forgot my crispy catina taco again . MEAT WAS OLD / burnt the first time it was soggy with old brown chicken meat like it sat all day no care in the world just pitful lazy workers . Food should be cooked to order simple . I know if food isn’t right I know cleaning is even worst. Cant be a manger running this the correct way . They all would be fired if it was up to me . Dont work if your that careless. I wouldn’t serve that to a dog . Didnt waste my time calling again I took the extra mile to leave this review. BOTH TIMES I WENT WAS ON NIGHT SHIFT . best pictures I could get I tore it all apart to witness how pathetic places be then threw away . BURNT , BROWN , THIN . IM ANNOYED WRITING THIS . BECAUSE I SHOULDVE JUST GOT MY MONEY BACK this is how ppl get sick . 0 STARS NOT IMPRESSED .
