Just went through the drive through . A female employee walked out the door of the store screaming and cussing at her phone . We could hear her all the way through the drive-thru , she was still at it as we were pulling out. So in professional!

My boyfriend got food poisoning after eating here. He got 2 of the 10 piece nuggets. They were busy when we went in so I’m assuming it was just chaotic in the back but that’s not an excuse at all. I understand that it’s just a part time job but you’re working with food, you do not mess around or cut corners when it comes to food service. Also the lady working cashier around 1:30pm on Sunday Nov. 17 was way too overly friendly and it felt passive aggressive to us.

I frequent this Wendy’s for a quick breakfast, and admittedly the bar is low for fast-food establishments, but watching an employee on two(!) separate occasions wheel cups and napkins from their storage shed to the restaurant in a clearly labeled TRASH CAN is just too much to not say something. As a former Manager of a restaurant myself, you have got to do better!
