If I could give it no stars I would. Was there at 10pm on a Sunday, they don't close until midnight. The guy who took my order didn't have ANY manners, had to ask for a straw and when getting the food, it was completely inedible. Must have sat there all day. And my ice tea tastes like water. Never again What a waste of money. And someone should learn how to talk to customers. Not what's your order, and yeah, no thank yous, no have a good night .. too busy messing with his co worker

I entered Wendy’s on a Tuesday that definitely felt like a Wednesday wearing a Tuesday hat. The door greeted me politely (10/10 for hospitality), and the soda machine whispered secrets about the nature of time. I ordered a 4 for $4 but received something spiritually closer to a 3.5 for $5, which was fine because math is subjective when the fries are warm.
The burger was both square and emotional — like it understood my childhood. Halfway through, a single napkin tried to escape but I caught it, proving destiny is real. The staff moved with the quiet confidence of people who know where the ketchup lives.
The Frosty tasted like the color beige trying to remember chocolate. I dipped my fries in it and briefly achieved enlightenment before my straw betrayed me.
Would I come back? Absolutely, unless I already am here, which I might be.
Final Verdict: 7 out of 5 pickles. Too many spoons, not enough birds.

Asked for a spicy Asiago meal with no lettuce or tomato, with fries and two cheese sauces. Instead got a homestyle, with lettuce and tomato, with fries and only one cheese sauce that were both ice cold. Called to ask for my money back, and get to drive 20 min out of my way back and forth just to get $12 back. 🙄
Came in around noon on 9-10 for lunch. The woman behind the counter, Tracy, greeted me by name from my work shirt and immediately made me smile and feel welcomed. She informed me about the 4 for 4, saving me some money today as I was about to order a biggie bag. I appreciate saving money and I appreciate you Tracy for making me in a bit better mood. I just left work where I'm in the process of placing my fathers headstone on his grave at sunset hills memory park. Thank you for the warm experience Tracy!❤️❤️

I ordered through my Wendy’s app and added money to my Wendy’s, then it was door dash that picked up our order. Such bull crap and poor customer service. If I’m paying $35.00 for a nugget meal with 5 bbq sauces for my nuggets and a chicken sandwich meal and the food gets here. Delivery because we worked all day and didn’t want to leave or cook, but we get robbed by Wendy’s. The lady that answered the phone at portage street Wendy’s canton Ohio is so very unprofessional and over paid. When I called and said, I just paid $35.00 for for two meals and extra bbq, but didn’t get any sauce for these crappy spicy nuggets, all she she kept saying is I could get in my car, drive to her Wendy’s and pick up bbq. Why the heck do I have to drive there now to pick up sauce that I already paid for, to be delivered? It’s so sad that our world is going to this because of these unintelligent, rude, ignorant people now working at fast food places. They pretty much stole our money I told here because you can’t eat nuggets dry with no sauce! Don’t go there people, it’s a waste of your money, and it will only sadden you to see the people Wendy’s pays to run their so called restaurant.

Monday, 7/28. Whoever was on sandwiches, great job. I got a classic chicken sandwich. You got everything right. Right chicken, right topping. Well down. My wife got a Jr. Bacon. Also good. Person taking order. Good, Person at window. Good. Lids on drinks, no spills, correct number of straws, a spoon. Napkins. Thank you!
