Apparently the only skyline in Cincinnati that doesn’t offer chocolate milk for their kid’s meals.
I wasn't able to get past ordering in the drive thru. I told them to cancel my order and I went elsewhere. Communication and apprehension was not correlating. Very frustrating after waiting 15 mins then to try and make an order.

This place is so very unusual that you have to go here! Food was delicious chili on top of spaghetti with loads of cheddar cheese!! The staff was very kind and helpful!

Horrible Service!! Refused to take my drive thru order even though they were still open and there were cars in the drive thru. They lost a loyal customer. Skylines are a dime a dozen in these parts. I’ll never return to that one after that BS.

We never really had any issues here, but the last 2 out of 3 visits they have failed to put everything in the bag. One time we didn't get the cheese for the 4 way, I called to let them know, they said they would make a note of it, but then when I went up to get the cheese, they had no record of me calling. Tonight we didn't get the onion for either of the 4 ways. They charge extra for a 4 way and to not get what you paid for is quite disappointing. They need to do a better job on carryout, making sure they are putting everything in the bags. Customers depend on them to make sure they get what they paid for.
