So I'm not from the area, much farther south. And there isn't a Baskin Robbins close to where I live. So as I was out getting food I saw they were still open. As soon as I walked in I got a super rude glare and was asked to hold on a minute. No problem as it was almost time to close. A different employee, a young man, was more than willing to take my order. I told him it was my first time there but I was going to be quick making a decision I just wanted to try their...

The place is understaffed and I understand that. However the people were just mean and rude and the ice cream was disgusting! It tasted freezer burnt and my husband's peanut butter sundae didn't even have peanut butter on it. It had chocolate and caramel. As a customer I try to be understanding and polite and nice because I know places are struggling but what happened there was just unacceptable!

I've always liked this location. Its always clean and the workers are kind and friendly. Coffee is always fresh. The service is great. The only problem I have is the donuts are as fresh anymore and they dont open 24 hours.
