Delicious food, the waitress wouldn't let my glass of water empty halfway, and while most restaurants give enough food to feed a horse, Pnom Penh gives enough to feed a human.
I had the pleasure of having lunch here the other day. The combination of spices in the chicken basil dish was phenomenal! 5 stars!!! Can’t wait to go back. Welcoming atmosphere!

Based on the reviews, Phnom Penh Restaurant offers some of the best Cambodian food available in the States. The food is consistently delicious and unusual, with a Cambodian style that is decidedly different. Specific meals mentioned include the curry, which was pungent and aromatic with plenty of coconut notes, and the spring rolls, which are astounding. The Cambodian dish Taprom was terrific with the right amount of spice. The desserts and drinks are not overly sweet, allowing the tropical fruit flavours to come through. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful for those unfamiliar with the Cambodian menu. The decorations are simple and tasteful, akin to actual Cambodian style. The prices are surprisingly reasonable, and the location is not far from Cleveland Airport. However, some recent experiences note that portions have shrunk and the food was very oily and less flavorful than before. A long-time customer recommends letter "G" as an appetizer and says the beef soup is a dream. Parking can fill up, and the lot is a one-lane drive.
