“Cyclo Vietnamese is a great new addition to Pearl Road in Strongsville. I tried the pho, spring rolls, and chicken over rice, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The pho had a light, aromatic broth with plenty of fresh herbs, and the chicken was tender with a simple savory flavor that worked perfectly with the rice. The spring rolls were crisp and came with a really good dipping sauce.

Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and a nice change of pace for the area. Definitely worth checking out, and I’ll be back.

“Finally had a chance to stop in to Pho & Beyond and it did not disappoint! My youngest really wanted to try some bubble tea which gave me an excuse to order some Pho. I ordered some beef pho to go and was really impressed of the level of effort to ensure the food was great when I got home. Everything was separated into single containers so that nothing go mushy and I was able to what I wanted and leave out what I didn’t. They provided additional sauces to add to kick it up a notch if you like spicy and the broth was super hot and everything tasted great! My youngest loved the passion fruit bubble tea and I enjoyed everything. Will definitely be back!“
