I want to thank Haley(spelling) and the other gal working with Haley in the evening of 8/22. Wish I would have gotten her name as well. They were both so kind, pleasant and patient while my daughter was having an indecisive episode of what flavor of ice cream she wanted. I honestly have had a poor experience our last couple of times at this location but the 2 young ladies today have changed my feelings about this location. Thanks again!

Can’t express how awful this place is. Everything we asked for,they were out of. The young man working was nice. The girl,not at all, had her friends hanging out at the register talking while she worked. We had just left the hospital and my son was craving ice cream. Then at 8:59, the girl walks over to us and says “I’m sorry but you have to leave now,we’re locking the doors” but not before filling a donut bag full for her friends. Overpriced and not worth it. Go next door

After I reached out via email to this location about an issue that was actually a health hazard (employee sneezing all over peoples open drinks as he was making them and then continuing to make drinks and food without washing his hands) they refused to respond to my email. Not only that but the wait time is insanely annoying even when there’s multiple people working they’re all just standing around leaving one person to make drinks. Just go to biggby across the street they’re way friendlier and the drinks are better.

The staff wasn’t very friendly. They got my order wrong and my avocado toast was incredibly soggy. This location in general has bad vibes, plus it’s dirty.
