My order was not taken. It looked like the whole restaurant was being run by one worker. That is so unfair to them. They were veryyyyy polite and said sorry about the wait. What is going on with staffing here? The food is amazing but you can’t expect one person to do everything.

Ordered subs online 3 days in advance since larger order. Arrived at selected time and the order was not ready. Waited 25 minutes. Food was good once received and the staff were pleasant.

Food is always great. But GOOD GRIEF is the service slow. Clearly more workers are needed. I placed a pickup order for 3 sandwiches to be picked up at 4:30, and at 4:45 they weren’t even started yet. Don’t know if we’ll be eating here again.
