The pizza was over cooked and the onion rings were burned and wings were overcooked and to hard to eat the only thing good were the salad very fresh.I was very disappointed there food is generally good but this was bad every thing cooked was burned we just threw it out

Great for quick take out

I remember my dad bringing this home as a kid, after 20 years I had moved back to Cleveland. The ribs were better than I remembered them, and the customer service was great. And the customer service was great

This is a carry out only facility. The ribs were OUTSTANDING! So tender and delicious along with their amazing sauce. The ordering process was easy (we did it a day ahead) and the order was ready when I arrived. Our guests raved about the ribs!

Everyone knows the food is good. But i had a car accident leaving the parking lot. Other drivers fault. Pizza I just picked up all over my car seat and floor. As if the accident itself wasn't bad enough right! 😁 But please KNOW... THIS LOCATION IS WONDERFUL.. the fella came out and offered to remake my pizza after I was done dealing with the police and accident do it would still be hot to get home with.. In the midst of a situation that's naturally upsetting. Geppettos really came thru and shined kindness on me when I needed it. THANK YOU!

As someone who's from NY, I'm super picky on pizza. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I WILL ORDER FROM! The pizza reminds me of home, the wings-fresh, crispy and never dry. If your the owner of this place, please for the love of everything holy. Don't ever change a thing. And the delivery was incredible- showed up 45 mins EARLY and everything was fresh as if i were dining in. I cannot express this enough, you want the best pizza in Ohio? I truly say this place is it!

Told me my total would be 1 price but as soon as I had a coupon it jumped up an extra 6 bucks

Out of towner over 2hrs away. They were super busy. Walked in ordered food, and 20 minutes later, delishishness came out. Totally recommend it to travelers.

Saturday May 3rd 2025. Early afternoon pick up of a very large order. One employee made the entire order to perfection 🥰. We are thoroughly impressed. Everything she made was hot and fresh tasting 😋. Never had service like that from entire teams of people before. This lady deserves a raise and if she is not a manager...maybe she should be.
